On Stage with the Hallé
MEA and three of our Primary Schools took part in the Adopt-A-Player project and worked with members of the Hallé Orchestra for over a month.
The students involved all went to the Bridgewater Hall and saw the Hallé performing Stravinsky's Firebird. Since then, each school adopted a player from the Hallé and several workshops were run where we developed our own version of 'The Firebird'. This was performed live to Parents on Monday 13th June. The Concert included performances from each of the schools as well as interludes by the Hallé musicians.
