• Thurs 5th July –Year 6 Induction.

• The Queen's Diamond Jubilee - additional days holiday. We will be taking our celebration day on Friday 20 July, effectively closing the Academy a day early for the summer holiday. The Academy will close on Thursday 19th July.

Autumn Term

Term starts : Monday 5th September 2011, with a staggered start - please see news item for details

Half term holiday : Monday 24th – Friday 28th October 2011

Term ends : Friday 16th December 2011

Christmas holiday : Monday 19th December 2011 – Monday 2nd January 2012

Spring Term

Term starts : Tuesday 3rd January 2012

Half term holiday : Monday 13th – Friday 17th February 2012

Term ends : Friday 30th March 2012

Easter break : Monday 2nd – Tuesday 17th April 2012 (Monday is a teacher training day)

Summer Term

Term starts : Tuesday 16th April 2012 (Monday is a teacher training day)

Half term holiday : Monday 4th – Friday 8th June 2012

Term ends : Thursday 19th July 2012, taking Friday as our extra days holiday in celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
