The Building
In September 2010 Manchester Enterprise Academy moved into its brand new, state of the art building. It has been specifically designed to help deliver the learning goals of the new Manchester Enterprise Academy.
The building has been cleverly designed to allow it to be adapted to different teaching methods. Large flexible learning zones, where full year groups can be taught together, can also be divided up to create ideal spaces for more personalised learning.
There is a large welcoming central hall and foyer areas, and because of the building’s importance in the overall regeneration of the Wythenshawe area, the new MEA building will become a community hub used by local people out of academy hours for activities, hobbies, leisure and events.
