NHS – information and advice about coronavirus is available at: including symptoms of coronavirus, testing for coronavirus, booking a vaccination and advice on social distancing and self-isolating.

The main symptoms of coronavirus are:

  • A high temperature
  • A new, continuous cough
  • A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

What to do if you have symptoms of coronavirus:

  1. Get a test to check if you have coronavirus as soon as possible
  2. You and anyone you live with should stay at home and not have visitors until you get your test result – only leave your home to get a test.

Rapid lateral flow tests are available for households and bubbles of students to carry out twice weekly testing. These should be used when you do not have symptoms of coronavirus, to help stop the spread of the virus. For more information and details of how to get tests visit:
