Sometimes when we are not feeling our best, we can struggle to explain exactly what it is that is making us feel that way. At other times, we know exactly what it is that is making us feel a certain way but we do not know what to do about it. One of the things we can do to build our own resilience, is to reach out to others who may be able to help.
Below are links signposting you to organisations who have a lot of experience in supporting young people with their wellbeing. Be bold and explore each site – maybe you will find something that helps. Kooth is particularly recommended for secondary school students and they have a live chat facility where you can talk to someone about how you are feeling.
