Welcome from the Headteacher

Welcome to Manchester Enterprise Academy, the flagship school of The Altius Trust.

Our Vision is a Fantastic Future for All and we focus relentlessly on the MEA Way, excellent manners, a willingness to try new experiences and a commitment to working really hard. We provide an amazing array of opportunities to our students with our outstanding SMSC (Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural) provision, our Fantastic Futures Curriculum and our Pastoral Pledges where we commit to providing students with new learning experiences

After an £11.6m investment last academic year we opened the doors to our new and redeveloped, world-class educational campus in September 2017. These new facilities will ensure we can continue to deliver a fantastic education to our students.  Our new campus has an additional teaching building, The Durie Building, which incorporates a Theatre, Art, Fashion and Dance studios and brand new Science laboratories. There is also a new £1m multi-sport facility which includes a full-size, artificial rugby and football pitch and other redeveloped sports facilities.  We also have a new cafe and dining facilities, an additional Food Technology room and refurbished ICT, Business and Modern Foreign Language classrooms.

We look forward to welcoming you and your child to MEA.

Kind regards

David Bell
